Saga Black Top, 9 ml, without a sticky layer
A hard color top without a sticky layer for creating a quick monochromatic coating or creating a design.
It is designed to maximize the manicurist's time for coating. It lays down perfectly in the middle layer, dries well.
It is not intended for leveling, apply only an even thin or medium layer for a uniform color. The top is not lamellar, so it needs to be applied to strengthened nails with a base or hard material - gel, acrylic.
Drying time in the lamp: 60-120 seconds, depending on the type and power of the lamp.
