We produce 5 sizes of white kraft paper of European quality and a transparent film, which is already marked with a class 4 indicator (180C/60 min) for tendon and (121C/10 minn), (134C/20 min) for autoclave. The transparent side of the pouch allows you to see the contents of the pouch at a glance, which saves a lot of time during use. The bags have an adhesive tape, which allows you to use the bag without the use of additional devices. (Self-adhesive) The biggest advantage of our bags is the indicator applied directly, which is convenient for use by nail technicians (they do not waste time gluing individual indicators, individual indicator stickers are not lost).

If the sterilizer has worked correctly, the external indicator will change color to the one indicated in the standard, for example, beige will turn purple.

If the indicator shows a negative test result, then all instruments processed in this cycle are considered unsterile.

Kraft sterilization bags contain the following information:

1. product name

2. size

3. name of the manufacturer (trademark)

4. permissible method of sterilization

5. a warning label about the inadmissibility of use in case of damage to the package

6. explanatory diagram showing how to open the package with scissors

7. the expected color of the indicator after sterilization.

The peculiarity of kraft bags is that they allow air molecules to pass through, but at the same time filter out bacteria and other microorganisms.

After sterilization, when exposed to high temperatures, the microorganisms inside the bag die, and after the end of the treatment, new ones do not enter from the external environment, which ensures that the instruments remain sterile.

Areas of application

Kraft bags are used in medical institutions, cosmetology, beauty salons for sterilization of manicure and medical instruments in dry cabinets and autoclaves.

The sterilization procedure consists of three stages:

• manual or automatic cleaning of instruments,
• disinfection of instruments in special solutions and then
• sterilization of the dry instruments in a dry heat cabinet or autoclave.
• Paper bags are used at the third stage.

Immediately before placing the instruments in the dry heat oven or autoclave, put them in a bag (seal the bag). After the procedure, this set of instruments can be stored until the start of the work. The bag is thrown in in the presence of the client.
