How to work with Perfect Color:

1. Be sure to apply Rubber Base- this is the right base for perfect color performance. Do not remove the sticky layer.
2. Optionally, apply a milk or white base (base or gel).
3. Apply the first thin layer of Perfect Color.
4. Dry for 90 seconds.
5. Apply a second thin layer - this is how the color reveals itself perfectly.
6. Dry for 90 seconds.
7. Cover with a top for maximum gloss
