Neo Cover Base is a universal base coat for a perfect manicure. It is designed to gently smooth the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give natural nails a delicate, soft tint.
The base has a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced technicians and beginners.
The color palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, which makes it much easier for clients to choose a color.

Instructions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds under a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base coat.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
