Neo Cover Base is a universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly smooth the surface of the nail, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate, delicate shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency, which is easily self-leveling and does not require additional efforts, so it is suitable for both experienced manicurists and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, which makes it much easier to choose the color for the client.

How to use:
1. Thinly apply the adhesive base on the prepared nails, dry for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a transparent or colored base.
4. Dry for 60 sec in a 48 Watt LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 sec in a 48 Watt LED lamp.
