The 274050BN carbide bit features a nano-coating that protects the bit from high temperatures and aggressive chemicals. This coating extends the bit’s service life.

The carbide bit is used for shaping acrylic and gel nails: rough filing, filing under the nails, and adjusting shape and length. They can also be used to file away delaminations, remove gel, gel polish, and for pedicures.
Non-reversible (operates in one direction only).
macrO bits are suitable for thermal and liquid sterilization.

Care for carbide bits:

It is safest to store the bits in a special, lockable holder. Disinfect, clean, and sterilize the bits after each use and for each client.

Immediately after use, place the handpiece in a disinfectant solution; do not rinse it under water beforehand. After you have disinfected the handpiece, rinse it under cold running water.

Next, clean the handpiece. For ceramic handpieces, use special brass brushes, which are also effective for cleaning carbide handpieces.

After that, proceed to sterilization—either thermal (glass bead sterilizer, dry heat oven, autoclave) or chemical (concentrates).

Any type of handpiece can be cleaned thoroughly and quickly in an ultrasonic cleaner. It uses the principle of cavitation, so your instruments are not only disinfected but also cleaned at the same time.

The abrasiveness of the burs is indicated by colored markings:

green – hard
blue – medium hardness
red – softer
